conceptcms is licensed to you under the  GNU General Public License (GPL). You can find the full license text under http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html.

Basically, you need to know the following about the license of conceptcms:

• For your own purposes, you can use conceptcms as you want (as many installations as you want) and can change conceptcms as you want (modify and/or enhance the source code). There is no obligation at all to make the source code available to others.
• However, the moment you decide to make available your modified version to others (distribute the version), you must do this under the conditions of the GPL, i.e. your modified version of conceptcms (your derivated work) must be licensed under the GPL and you must make the source code of your derivated work available.
